    The 32-Degree Adult Winter Reading Club challenges you to cozy up with a good book and log 32 days of reading between January 1 and February 28. Read 15 minutes or more for 32 days and receive a small prize. Read 10 books to enter the grand prize drawing for a gift card. Entries must be received and prizes must be claimed by Saturday, March 4 at 5 pm. Pick up a reading log beginning December 19.

Bring the craft you are currently working on (or have been waiting to start), whether it is knitting, quilting, scrapbooking, or anything else! Come and spend time socializing, sharing crafting experience, and enjoying snacks. Please bring along everything you need for your own craft. The library will provide tables, chairs, and snacks.     Rev. Kyle Meyaard-Schaap is the Vice President of the Evangelical Environmental Network. He holds an undergraduate degree in religious studies from Calvin University (B.A. '12), a Master of Divinity degree from Western Theological Seminary (M.Div. '16), and is ordained in the Christian Reformed Church in North America (CRCNA). For the last 10 years, he has educated and mobilized Christians around the world to address the climate crisis as an act of discipleship and neighborly love. His forthcoming book, Following Jesus in a Warming World: A Christian Call to Climate Action, uses stories from the field, theological and scriptural exploration, and practical advice to offer hope to Christians paralyzed by the scale of the climate crisis and turn it into action.     Join us for a kids art class! Each month will focus on a different style of art. Kids will learn about and create art that they can take home! Registration required. Ages 6-12 welcome! New Policy: If you register for a children's program and don't attend (without canceling your registration by the start of the program) twice in a row, you will not be able to register for children's programs for one month. You may stop by at the start of a program to see if there's room and you may still attend drop-in programs.
