Join us for a 30-minute session of mindful activities led by Adult Services Librarian, Laura. This practice couldn’t be simpler: take a good seat, pay attention to the breath, and when your attention wanders, return. Benefits of mindfulness include reducing stress, lowering heart rate, improved immunity, and better sleep. We will use Insight Timer. Bring a blanket if you would like.
